Spray Drying

Dolomites Milk maintains the original quality of the milk proteins, the color and the authentic taste by using systems that have been designed to guarantee maximum naturalness in the processing of the raw material.  

During production, the condensed product is transferred to a spray drying tower, where it is nebulized: small drops descend slowly and are dried by a jet of hot air. The evaporator is set at a low temperature in order to preserve the pure and natural quality of the product.
